Last week, J.J. Watt and Houston Texans players took the baseball field.

Now, nine Dallas Cowboys players and head coach Jason Garrett had their own baseball event: the Cowboys sixth- annual Reliant Home Run Derby!

Each base hit in the competition earned a $100 donation to the Gene and Jerry Jones North Texas Youth Education Town of The Salvation Army Arlington. Each home run ball earned a whopping $500.

J.J. Wilcox came out in first, followed by coach Garrett, and then Jason Witten finished third!

Which NFL player would be the best on the baseball field? Tell us below in the comments!
Yeah, he's TRENDING, open up the record books because this dude Jason Witten is rewriting another!

We already knew that Jason was the second tight end in NFL history to join the 1,000-catch club, the 12th pass catcher to ever reach that mark in NFL history. No big deal.

BUT... with his 12-yard catch against the Buffalo Bills, Jason Witten set the Dallas franchise record for the most consecutive games with a catch, 118 straight games! A record previously held by Hall of Famer Michael Irvin.

Who makes your list as the best TE in the league?

Dallas Cowboys tight end Jason Witten catching passes is a looooong time trend. Last week he became the 2nd tight end EVER to have 1,000 career catches.

He accomplished this feat in front of the only other man to do it, NFL legend Tony Gonzalez.

What have you ever done 1000 times?

Jason Witten his tied as the one of the only tight ends in NFL history to have 1,000 receptions. Way to go, Witten.

Week 1 was full of breakout fantasy performances (Marcus Mariota) and some HUGE busts (Peyton Manning, Calvin Johnson). This week we have seen what players are capable of doing this season, and can make more informed decisions on our fantasy lineups. This is my week 2 fantasy lineup.

QB: Carson Palmer: Palmer is going up against an awful Chicago defense in week 2, and coming off of an incredible week 1, he has an exteremly high fantasy ceiling. Last week Palmer put up 25 points, second only to Tom Brady. Expect Palmer to be a top fantasy QB against the Bears this week.

RB: Jeremy Hill: Hill had a great game against the Raiders last week with 18 fantasy points, sixth most in the league. Expect Hill to keep up that pace, and be the top RB of the week.

WR: Julio Jones: In my opinion, Jones will have more points than any other fantasy player this week.  Julio had an insane week 1, compiling over 25 points, the most of any receiver. Jones has potential to score even more than that this week, and should be in all fantasy lineups.

TE: Rob Gronkowski: Gronk is the only player in the league that you can count on to be best at his position week to week, regardless of matchup. Gronk will definitely score a TD or two, as no linebackers can cover him. Gronk scored 27 fantasy points last week, though he won't score that many this week, he should score well more than any other TE.

DEF: Broncos: The Broncos have the best pass rush in the game, and an incredible secondary featuring Aqib Talib and Chris Harris. The Chiefs offense is less than superb, and the Broncos should be able to shut them down on Thursday night.

Wild Card: Tony Romo: Romo has an excellent matchup this week against Philadelphia, and has potential to be the top scoring QB of the week. Despite not having Dez Bryant due to injury, Terrance Williams and Jason Witten are reliable targets for Romo to throw to.

Who's in your fantasy lineup this week?! Comment!!
