Poll. Which of these speedsters is your favorite player?

Did you see Percy Harvin the Super Bowl?  The dude is FAST and his speed changed that game.

The scouts at the NFL Combine know this.  They know that SPEED wins games.  Thus, the 40-yard dash has become the most anticipated event of the NFL Combine.

Plus, it's fun to watch :-)

Check out the NFL Combine speed records below.  Think anyone will break the record this year?

Moving on for the Colts, there is a good chance they end their season 12-4. They have Houston twice, Tennessee twice, Arizona, Kansas City, Jacksonville, and Cincinnati. These are all winnable games except possibly at Kansas City and at Cincinnati. In all of these games, they will be missing someone who is little but has a huge impact.

It will be very interesting to see how the loss of Reggie Wayne impacts the rest of the season. I can't wait to see how it plays out!

Poll. Is Cam Newton an elite QB?
It was supposed to be a resurgence for the Panthers with their do-it-all QB, but struggles early in the season derailed their chances.  This team is just a few good pieces away from being a contender, but what are those pieces?

Hey NFL RUSHers!  The Free Agency period is officially open and we've got your highlights of the biggest signings, cuts and trades.

CB Nnamdi Asomugha has returned to the Bay Area by signing a one-year deal with the San Francisco 49ers.

WR Darrius Heyward-Bey will be catching passes from QB Andrew Luck after he agreed to join the Indianapolis Colts.

DE Elvis Dumervil will join the Ravens.  Dumervil was released by the Broncos but was expected to return the team before the Ravens swooped in and got a much needed defensive star.

S Ed Reed is going to the Texans.  Another Ravens star has left the flock.

K Billy Cundiff has signed with the 49ers.  The team was unhappy with their kicking last season and hop Cundiff can be consistent.

WR Greg Jennings has joined the Vikings.  The Packers couldn't make room for him and now he's joined their rival.

TE Dustin Keller agreed to play with the Dolphins next season.

RB Steven Jackson has agreed to play for the Falcons next season.  This gives the Falcos the dual-threat RB they were looking for.

LB Conor Barwin signed on with the Eagles.  He was a standout defender for the Texans last season.

QB Matt Cassel will join the Vikings just hours after being released from the Chiefs.  The team says Cassel will compete for the starting job in the offseason.

WR Danny Amendola is joining the Patriots.  The Patriots acted quickly after losing Wes Welker.

WR Wes Welker has agreed to join Peyton Manning and the Broncos.  Wes has an NFL-record five seasons with over 100 receptions.

Safety Dashon Goldson is joining the Buccaneers.  Goldson was a star on the NFC champion 49ers defense last season.

RB Reggie Bush has signed up to join the Lions next season.  Bush will provide the Lions with a playmaker who has a chance to score from anywhere on the field.

RB Rashard Mendenhall is reported to have a deal to join the Cardinals.  The Former Steelers RB is maybe the answer the Cardinals have been looking for.

WR Mike Wallace, has signed with the Dolphins giving the Fins a much needed big-play threat.

LB Paul Kruger will join the Browns.  He was a key piece in the Ravens Super Bowl run.

QB Joe Flacco and the Ravens have agreed to a contract which means the Super Bowl MVP will be back in Baltimore.

QB Alex Smith is said to be on the move from the 49ers to the Chiefs.  This is the first piece to a hopeful season in Kansas City.

DT Cullen Jenkins will join the Giants after being released by the Eagles earlier in the week.  He is a big veteran run stopper that should help the Giants rebuild a once-great defense.

TE Tony Gonzalez informed the Falcons that he will come back for one more year.  Tony G was considering retiring this offseason.

CB Nnamdi Asomugha  will be released from the Eagles, adding another big time name to the free agency pool.

Taiwan Jones is the other rookie to watch out for. He runs just like Marcus Allen. I think rookie Taiwan Jones is so awesome that no matter how good Darren McFadden and Michael Bush are, Taiwan is still going to frequently get the ball. I can’t wait to watch him this season!

Wide Receiver Darrius Heyward-Bey was selected as the 7th pick overall in the 1st round of the NFL Draft by the Oakland Raiders.

Hello Everyone!

I am sorry for the long wait of my new blog entry but, I'm back!  The last month has been very exciting and full of events that left me on the edge of my seat. First, Drew Brees sent me one of his very own jerseys!!! Not only that but, it was autographed by him too!! That's not the best part either.  He said that I am a great young man with a bright future!! I nearly fainted I was so excited!! Now, it's time to talk about the NFL's headlines. The Jaguars signed a deal with Torry Holt! This is a guy the Jaguars really needed since their wide receivers weren't the best.  So, having a wide receiver with his talent will help David Garrard lead his team to a winning record. Out of Kansas City, Matt Cassel had a great season being a starter for the Patriots after Tom Brady's injury. He proved that he deserved a starting job. Of course, the Patriots weren't just going to sit Tom Brady on the bench though, so Matt Cassel is now the starting QB for the Chiefs!  I am happy with this trade because he is a great QB and will have a great future in the NFL.  Now I am going to give you my own opinion of the upcoming NFL draft.
