Atlanta Falcons wide receivers Julio Jones and Roddy White talk about their goals this season and what they expect from the team this season.

Keep these two in mind when picking your NFL RUSH Fantasy Football starting lineup!

The Atlanta Falcons and most of their players are great rivals to watch in action when they play a divisional match-up with the New Orleans Saints. With two excellent quarterbacks in "Matty Ice" Ryan and Drew Brees, these two players make this series a perfect game to watch for fans of the offensive, high-scoring style of game. Julio Jones and Roddy White make great targets for Ryan who is a very talented player. Marques Colston is Drew Brees' favorite go-to guy in the passing game, especially in the 2-minute drill. This has always been a great rivalry, it is a great rivalry, and it will always be a great rivalry.

Poll. Can the 49ers make it back to the Super Bowl?

After a tight first half, the San Francisco 49ers bid a fond farewell to the venerable Candlestick Park with a thrilling 34-24 victory over the Atlanta Falcons.

The 49ers were led by QB Colin Kaepernick who tied the game with a TD pass to Anquan Boldin and put the 49ers ahead for good with a rushing TD of his own.

Atlanta QB Matt Ryan led the Falcons back to within three points by tossing fourth quarter TDs to WR Roddy White and TE Tony Gonzalez

After recovering an onside kick with 2:00 minutes left in the game, the Falcons moved towards a potential game-winning TD but a deflected Ryan pass was caught and returned for a 89-yard TD by 49ers LB NaVorro Bowman to seal the win.

Poll. Straight-up: who wins tonight?

In a re-match of last year's NFC Championship game, the Atlanta Falcons take on the San Francisco 49ers on Monday Night Football tonight.

A 49ers victory puts them in the playoffs.  The Falcons, who are having a tough season, are looking to play spoilers.

49ers QB Colin Kaepernick will be aiming for TE Vernon Davis and WRs Michael Crabtree and Anquan Boldin, while RB Frank Gore is sure to pound out the tough yards.

The Falcons can match the 49ers star-for-star. QB Matt Ryan will be targeting TE Tony Gonzales and WRs Julio Jones and Roddy White, with RB Steven Jackson grinding it out on the ground.

In a historical note, tonight's game will be the last regular season football game ever in Candlestick Park.  The 49ers move their home to brand-new Levi's Stadium next season.

Watch this great game tonight at 8:40pm ET on ESPN!

Poll. Who will win tonight's game?

Let’s play with some numbers.  Take the number 8 and the number 2.  Its funny how things can change in a year.   At this time last season the Atlanta Falcons were 8-2 and among the best teams in the NFL while the New Orleans Saints were sitting at 2-8 mired in a frustrating season of failure.

In tonight’s match-up, the two teams have switched places and switched the same two numbers around.  The visiting Saints are flying high at  8-2 and while the Falcons are struggling at an incredibly frustrating  2-8.   Here’s the good news for us football fans,  anytime these two divisional rivals meet it’s an insanely good football game - on a scale of 10, it’s a 10!.   In our reading of tonights numbers  2+8 =10.   8+2=10.  No matter how you add it up, tonights football game will be a 10!

Don't count the Falcons out though.  QB Matt Ryan, RB Steven Jackson and WR Roddy White can be awesome.

For the Saints, QB Drew Brees, TE Jimmy Graham and WR Marques Colston will be looking to keep their hot streak alive.

Should be a great game!  Watch tonight at 8:25pm ET on NFL Network.

Hello NFLRUSHERS, I am coming at you with a Week 4 preview to help you make your picks, and get an insight on Week 4. Hello NFLRUSHERS, I am coming at you with a Week 4 preview to help you make your picks, and get an insight on Week 4.

Bye Weeks: The Packers and the Panthers are on bye week this week and will not play. If you have any of their players in your fantasy lineup, take them out.

Locks: Bengals, Colts, Broncos, and Redskins. You are probably wondering, why are the Redskins a lock whenthey are 0-3? They are playing the Raiders this week. The Raiders are a little bit dysfunctional and haven't really done anything this year. RGIII is getting mad about how many wins he has and will take it out on the Raiders. Expect the Redskins to score many points in a 38-17 blowout. I really think that the Raiders will score a little bit in the trash time when they are just playing for pride even though the game is over. Look for RGIII to explode with a great game against the Raiders this week.

Upset Alert: Chiefs over Giants. 86% of NFLRUSHERS have picked the G-Men and I don't see why. The Chiefs are a really good team that can compete with anyone in the league. They are 3-0 and I don't consider this much of an upset, they will beat the Giants. With their stout defense and their explosive offense, the Chiefs can play with anyone. Expect Jamaal Charles to go off in a 31-14 rout of the Giants.

Game of the Week: The Patriots are traveling to the Georgia Dome to play the Falcons. These are two teams that have largely underperformed in my opinion. Even though the Patriots have been playing against sub-par teams, they have made it look hard. A normal Brady rout of the Buccaneers would have the Pats scoring 50 points but the offense isn't there this year. The Falcons have played to their competition and have not been as good as projected. With Roddy White not being healthy it is evident that Matt Ryan needs his offensive weapons to do well. If the Falcons get healthy, I expect them to win at home. The score will be around 24-20.

Picks for every game: I am going to tell you in this last section who I am going to pick in each game. Since the Texans are my favorite team, I refuse to make a biased pick about them. Here they are: 49ers over Rams, Ravens over Bills, Bengals over Browns, Bears over Lions, Colts over Jaguars, Chiefs over Giants, Steelers over Vikings (game played in London) Cardinals over Buccaneers, Titans over Jets, Broncos over Eagles, Redskins over Raiders, Cowboys over Chargers, Falcons over Patriots, and Saints over Dolphins.

I hope you enjoyed my preview. Be sure to make your Week 4 Picks for NFL Pick EM. Also, if you disagree with something I said, let me know in the comments section.

I have a few tips to set your fantasy lineup for the start of the 2013 season. Let's start with the wild card spot. There seems to be a trend in the NFL with running quarterbacks. Some examples of running quarterbacks are RG3, Russell Wilson, Cam Newton, Colin Kaepernick, and then there are some rookie quarterbacks that can run too. Some consistant pocket passers are Drew Brees, Peyton Manning, Matt Ryan, Aaron Rodgers, Tom Brady, Matthew Stafford, and Joe Flacco.

You can rotate those quarterbacks depending on their matchup. For your running back, you should pick one that doesn't have to share the carries, like Arian Foster, Ray Rice, Adrian Peterson, Trent Richardson, Doug Martin, Marshawn Lynch, or Jamaal Charles. Again you want to look at their matchup before you choose one.

For wide receivers I would pick them based on your quarterback and the opposing defense. Some good receivers that have good quarterbacks are Calvin Johnson, Larry Fitzgerald, Dez Bryant, Julio Jones, Roddy White, and A.J. Green.

For tight ends I would suggest picking Jimmy Graham, Rob Gronkownski, or Antonio Gates. The defense that you should pick should be based on how good the opposing offense is, but your defense should be strong in general. I hope these tips will help you win your league in NFL RUSH.

Good Luck!

Jimmy Graham from the New Orleans Saints is an amazing pick at tight end.

Sometimes it's always better to go with your hometown pick. My hometown pick for defense is the St. Louis Rams because I feel that their defense is really good.

Last but certainly not least in the wild card, Andrew Luck. Overall, I believe I have chosen a well-balanced set of players that I bet are going to do good this season.

I encourage all of you to join me in this fantasy football adventure. I hope you guys like it a lot because I sure did. Good luck everybody.

Poll. Who is the best player on the Falcons?

We thought it might be fun to get the opinions of the NFLRUSH community on which player the best one on all 32 teams. We randomly selected the Atlanta Falcons to be the fifth team for this poll.

Nominees

Based on their skills and importance to the team we narrowed down their roster to the 5

finalist listed below in alphabetical order.

Tony Gonzalez (TE)

Julio Jones (WR)

Matt Ryan (QB)

Osi Umenyiora (DE)

Roddy White (WR)

Our Pick: Matt Ryan

The Falcons have all the pieces in place to make a Super Bowl run this season, but they will only go as far at QB Matt Ryan takes them. After his sizzling 2012 (68.6 completion percentage, 4719 passing yards and 32 TDs), they appear to be in good hands. If you’re looking for an early MVP candidate for this season, look no further than Matt Ryan.
