You Can Only Win as a TEAM!

There are many qualities you need to be a good teammate. You must be able to help you teammates overcome the adversity of their mistakes, no matter how big they are.

You can't yell at someone when they are trying hard. If they are trying their best, then that is all you can ask of a teammate.

You must be able to always have your teammates' back in any situation. Sometimes when my teammate makes an error, I try harder to help him make up for it.

You always have to remain positive. When you make a mistake, you can't take it out on your teammates because that will just make the whole team crumble.

Finally, if you want to be the leader of the team you have to lead by example not just by words. If you are down, the whole team will feed off you and be down as well.

We have won three NFL FLAG National Titles, and there were always other teams with better athletes and bigger players, but we always won because we always played like a team.
