Sanchez - Edwards

Sanchez to Edwards for the TOUCHDOWN!

Get used to seeing and hearing that.

The 3-1 New York Jets and their fans have even more to cheer about now that they have aquired former Pro-Bowl WR Braylon Edwards in a trade with the Cleveland Browns.

The Jets get Edwards in the trade while the Browns get WR Chansi Stuckey, LB Jason Trusnik and Draft choices which have yet to be announced.

Braylon Edwards wasn't happy in Cleveland but could have found a new and happier home with the Jets. Jets Rookie QB, Mark Sanchez has just been handed a huge target to throw to in the Jets offense.

So far this year, Braylon Edwards has 10 catches for just 139 yards and no touchdowns for the 0-4 Browns. As a matter of fact, Edwards was held without a catch for the first time in his career last week in a loss for the battle of Ohio between the Bengals and the Browns. Look for those numbers to take a huge jump very soon. I might not start Edwards this week in Fantasy Football because he has to learn the Jets offense. He and QB Mark Sanchez also need to get in tune with each other, but you should definitely consider him for future weeks. This could be a great matchup for years to come, and this is just the beginning.
