The Steel Curtain and the Defense that sank the high flying Patriots are set to meet in the AFC Championship. With defenses that beastly, it's going to take an awesome RB to overcome the challenge - good thing that the Steelers have Rashard Mendenhall. Unfortunately for the Steelers, they're not alone in having a killer RB, as the Jets will be bringing
LaDainian Tomlinson to the field.

The Steelers drafted Mendenhall in 2008. He started out a bit rough in the Pre-Season, but by the time the forth Regular Season game came around, he was not only the youngest player on the team, but he was also starting. By the end of the Season, he had a Super Bowl ring - not to shabby! In last week's Divisional Playoff game against the Steeler's rivals, the Ravens, Mendenhall would score two TDs, helping the Steelers find a comeback win.

On the other side of the field will be record setting RB LaDainian Tomlinson. Since being drafted in 2001, L.T. In his 10 year pro carreer, he hold the record for the most single season touchdowns and for the most points scored in a single season, along with the record for the most games with 2+ and 3+ rushing touchdowns! On top of all that, he's also been selected for the Pro Bowl five times. However, despite all of these honors, there's one that still elludes him - a win at the Super Bowl.

Which of these dashing RBs will make the difference in the AFC Championship game? Make sure to watch and see on Sunday, Jan 23rd at 6:30 pm Eastern on CBS.
