I think the Bills should sign David Carr from free agency. We need a decent QB and he has a very good arm. His stats are not bad and our 2 current players at QB are not very good.

A free agent the Bills should keep on their team is Bryan Scott. Although he was hurt last year for 7 games he was still the 3rd leading tackler on the Bills. He played at safety and outside linebacker too. In case someone gets hurt this year, the Bills can put him in two different positions.
