The Offensive Rookie of the Year race looked like it was down to two players, but maybe a third player has crashed the party.
Colts QB Andrew Luck
He broke the record for most passing yards by a rookie QB against the Dolphins this week by throwing for 433 yards. He is tied for third in the NFL so far with 2,404 passing yard and his team now has a 5-3 record.
Redskins QB Robert Griffin III
He has been electrifying on the field passing for 1,993 yards and running for 529 yards this season. Despite that, his team is sitting with a 3-6 record.
Buccaneers RB Doug Martin
He is currently third in the NFL in rushing yards with 794 and second in rushing TDs with seven. In the last two weeks, he has combined for 486 total yards and six TDs. He has definitely crashed this party and if he keeps up his latest pace, he will run away with the award.
