The Patriots played great in Week 1. They played the Bengals in a good game. At the end of the first half, the Patriots were leading 24-3. In the second half, the Bengals made a small comeback but it wasn't enough and they lost the game 38-24. The Patriots had a great game on both offence and defense. Tom Brady threw for 3 touchdowns, two to Wes Welker and one to the rookie Ron Gronkowski. Also, Gary Guyton caught an interception and returned it for a touchdown. I don't think that the Patriots will have any problem beating the Jets next week. Mark Sanchez is looking good but the Patriots D will be able to shut him down. The offence will be able to get enough plays so they will score and get the Patriots off to a 2-0 start.
