We are far removed from the delusions of a "Dream Team" in Philadelphia but now it's time to pick up the pieces and learn to fly again. The Eagles have a lot to fix and the biggest change in the offseason already came when Chip Kelly took over as head coach.

The Bad:
- - Lost 11 of their last 12 games
- - Tied with Kansas City for the worse take away/give away ratio (-24) in the NFL
- - Their QBs were sacked 48 times
The Future:
- - First Draft Position # 3: OT Luke Joeckel or QB Geno Smith
- - Free Agent Targets: OT Jake Long, LB London Fletcher, and DB Charles Woodson
- - Trade: QB Nick Foles to Kansas City and add more draft picks
