The Browns had a lot of questions going into last season and most were left unanswered.  But there were some bright spots like rookie RB Trent Richardson.

2012 Record:  5-11

 

Grade: D

 

The Good:

  • - Rookie RB Trent Richardson is a force to be reckoned with. 
  • - New Head Coach, Rob Chudzinski is an offensive mastermind
  • - 8th rated pass defense.

 

The Bad:

  • - QB Weeden threw the 3rd most INTs (17) and only for the 24th most TDs (14)
  • - Offense was 25th in total yards.
  • - 1-7 in roads games.

 

 

The Future:

  • First Draft Position # 6  - OLB Jarvis Jones or QB Matt Barkley
  • Free Agent Targets – OT Branden Albert, TE Fred Davis and WR Wes Welker
  • Trade:   If they miss out on WR in free agency, they should make a trade for a veteran to add stability to their receiving corps.
