2. As a senior at North Carolina University, he was named to the first-team All-American and All-ACC teams, as well as winning the ACC Jacobs Blocking Trophy. 


3. At the NFL Draft Combine, Cooper was a “top performer” in the bench press, 40-yard dash and the broad jump.


4. Cooper is the highest selected offensive guard since Jim Dombrowski was also taken 6th in 1986 NFL Draft.
