Super Bowl XLIV was an exciting game. I watched it at my friend Josh G's house with some of our friends from school. Here are my top three Super Bowl moments.

My favorite play of the game, was when New Orleans Saints cornerback Tracy Porter (#22) intercepted Peyton Mannings's pass intended for Reggie Wayne in the fourth quarter. It was important because it really changed the game. It was an excellent play and it sealed the win for the Saints. I thought Tracy Porter was a strong contender for Super Bowl MVP because of that play.

My second favorite moment was when the New Orleans Saints went for the 2 point conversion in the fourth quarter. This gutsy play gave the Saints a 24-17 lead. It was an amazing catch by the Saints Lance Moore, who caught the ball with his fingertips. The pass was originally ruled as an incomplete pass, but was reversed after Sean Payton, New Orleans coach challenged the ruling on the field.

My third favorite moment of the game was when Hartley of the Saints did an onside kick and Chris Reis recovered the ball for the Saints. This was at the start of the 3rd quarter. This play gave New Orleans the ball and the momentum it needed to be strong in the second half. This play led to a Drew Brees 16-yard touchdown pass to Pierre Thomas (#23) six plays later.

These plays and more made Super Bowl XLIV great for me and gave the Saints their first win in the team's 43 year franchise history.
