This year had many great rookies, but I picked one rookie who standed out and contributed to his team in the playoffs for my Rookie of the Year pick.

Rookie of the Year: I think Austin Collie, a wide receiver for the Indianapolis Colts deserves Rookie of the Year the most this year. Collie was a fourth round draft pick in the 2009 NFL Draft out of Brigham Young. Collie had 60 receptions for 676 yards this season and had a league high for rookies, 7 touchdown receptions from Peyton Manning. In the playoffs, Collie has 11 receptions for 175 yards and 2 touchdowns as the Colts await to play the Saints in the Superbowl.

Notable Rookies:

Percy Harvin WR, Minnesota Vikings

Jarius Byrd S, Buffalo Bills

Brian Cushing LB, Houston Texans

Mike Wallace WR, Pittsburgh Steelers

Jeremy Maclin WR, Philadelphia Eagles

Knowshon Moreno RB, Denver Broncos
