There are three weeks left in the NFL regular season and the playoffs are coming. I ranked the teams that I think are going to make it to the playoffs in each division.

NFC:

Champion: Atlanta Falcons

East: Philadelphia Eagles - The Eagles are in the lead of the NFC East with a 9-4 record, but they need to win against the also 9-4 Giants this week to keep that lead.

South: Atlanta Falcons - The Falcons are tied for the best record in the NFL (11-2). I think the only team standing in their way of reaching the Super Bowl is the Philadelphia Eagles, who have already beaten them once this year.

North: Chicago Bears - The Bears only competition for a playoff spot right now is the Green Bay Packers who are a game behind, and have an injured QB Aaron Rodgers.

West: St. Louis Rams - The 6-7 Rams are in a tight race for the NFC West title, but I think with rookie quarterback, Sam Bradford, they be able to pull it out.

AFC

Champion: New England Patriots

East: New England Patriots - The 11-2 Patriots are on a 5 game winning streak, and they are my pick to win the AFC Championship Game.

South: Jacksonville Jaguars - The Jaguars have had a surprising 8-5 season, and if they win against the 7-6 Colts this week, they have a good chance of winning the division.

North: Baltimore Ravens - The Ravens are a game behind the Steelers in the AFC North, but I think they be able to win their last few games and win the division.

West: Kansas City Chiefs - The Chiefs have been the biggest surprise this season, and once they get QB Matt Cassel back this week, they will mostly likely be able to clinch a playoff spot.

What AFC Division leader has the best chance of winning the Super Bowl?
