The second day of the NFL Draft saw rounds two and three fly by with some major names coming off the board.  Here are the top talents that were picked.

Manti Te'o - Chargers

San Diego traded up to snag Manti with the 38th overall pick.  He fell down the board from the first round but was a steal as a second round pick.

Geno Smith - Jets

With the 39th pick, the Jets added Geno to their team.  There were rumors that the Jets wanted him in the first round and even tried to make a trade up to get him.  But the team got lucky when he fell right in its lap.

Eddie Lacy - Packers

The only reason Lacy didn't go in the first round was a concern about an injury.  The Packers could have found gold with the 61st overall pick by getting the best RB talent in the draft.

Marquise Goodwin - Bills

Goodwin was the fastest player at the combine running a 4.27 in the 40-yard dash.  This was the second WR that the Bills picked up; Robert Woods with 41st pick and then Goodwin with the 78th.
