Dolphins Vs. Steelers
MIAMI (0-11) vs. PITTSBURGH (8-3)
After a 25-minute rain and lightening delay, the game got under way. The wet conditions made for a wild Monday Night Football game. Neither offense could get much going with players slipping and sliding around in the mud on every play. The Dolphins and Steelers went back and forth without a single score, until late in the 4th quarter. With 17 seconds left, Steelers kicker Jeff Reed kicked a 24-yard field goal (the only points of the game) to get the victory, 3-0, over the Dolphins.
