Even though I am not a Falcons fan, I do like to watch Matt Ryan play.

I think that Matt Ryan will be the best overall Fantasy player in Week 1. Since he was the top Atlanta QB last year, I think he will continue to dominate with the Falcons, especially with their new rookie receiver Julio Jones.
