The game was so fun even though the Panthers lost. I hope to see a Panthers live game again someday soon. Football... what a sport.

I went to watch the Panthers play the Vikings this past weekend at the Carolina Bank of America Stadium. NFLRUSH gave me tickets to these great seats as part of the prize for winning NFLRUSH Fantasy last year. We flew all the way from California and nothing beats going to see a live game!

Cam Newton was excellent with 3 passing touchdowns and zero interceptions (I also had him and Steve Smith for my Fantasy team this week). Steve Smith got 100 yards and a touchdown. The Panthers’ defense did a good job shutting down Adrian Peterson in the first half.

Captain Munnerlyn, one of the cornerbacks, did amazing! He is a cornerback for the Panthers. He had a sack and he stripped the ball out of Percy Harvin's hands in the red zone.

We met really fun people, Evon and Rick, who have had season tickets since the stadium first opened in 1995. How great would that be! And wow, what an ending. The Panthers were losing 21-24, it was 4th and 15 when Cam Newton threw a laser to Lafell and he ran it into field goal range. In the last 30 seconds, Cam ran the ball close enough to kick a field goal, which was about 20 yards in and would have tied the game and put them in to overtime. I was so excited for the game to go to overtime, but Mare missed it.
