Today was the big day! I finally got to meet Ahman Green!
In the morning, I played some more football at the NFL Experience and got an autograph from Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback Chris Simms. I met Ahman in the afternoon, and he is so cool! We ate some French fries together, and I asked him a bunch of questions to get to know him. I found out that he was born in Los Angeles, and his favorite sports as a kid were football and baseball. His favorite food is lasagna, and he likes playing video games and watching movies when he's not playing football. I even found out that his birthday is February 16, which is seven days after mine!
The Super Bowl was really fun, and I got to sit next to Ahman the whole time, but it was raining. At halftime, I started to get really cold, so my mom took me to the VIP suite so I could stay dry. It made me sad that Ahman wasn't there with me. But about 20 minutes later, Ahman came down and stayed with me the rest of the game! We watched the game on TV and even played Madden NFL 07. We were having so much fun playing video games that we sat there and played until midnight!
I was happy that the Colts won the Super Bowl. Besides Ahman, Peyton Manning is my favorite player, so it was cool that he won.
Tomorrow, I'm flying back home to California. I wish I could stay here longer! I had so much fun getting to play football and meeting Ahman. This has been the best trip ever!
