So far the NFL season has brought many rising stars and many past elite players to average status. One deserving candidate for a trip to Hawaii is quarterback Andy Dalton. So far we have seen him lead his team to victory over some tough teams. He has 93.9 QB rating and he has thrown about 2,000 yards, fifth ranked in that category and he isn't considered elite. This year if he takes Cincy to a division title and keeps playing at this level, then Dalton will be a fixture in the Pro Bowl.

Another player that should be deserving off a ticket to Honolulu is Jamaal Charles. He is having a fabulous year with Alex Smith under center and he is thriving with a new offensive line. It's funny how a team can go from terrible to 7-0 with close to all the same players. Charles has been a big part in their success!

The final player who I think is well deserving of a seat on a plane to Hawaii is tight end Jordan Reed. The Redskins drafted something special. He may not be as high profile as first rounder Eifert but he has a major skill set and plenty of talent. As I tuned into Redskins vs Bears and Redskins vs Dallas the past two weeks, I have seen him get open downfield for sophomore QB Robert Griffin III. He has some great moves and he reminds me off a speedy tight end with great moves and footwork like a young Vernon Davis or Antonio Gates. Hey, you never know he could end up like them in the future.
