Tony Romo

Quarterback- Tom Brady-Patriots

I picked Tom Brady as my Quarterback because he has a great offensive line, and he has Randy Moss, Wes Welker and other talented receivers to pass to. He also is coming off of an injury, so I expect him to come out strong and lead the Patriots to the playoffs.

Running Back- Adrian Peterson-Vikings

I picked Adrian Peterson of the Vikings because the last two seasons, he has produced great numbers. This could be a fantastic season for him and he could produce greater numbers than he has in his last two seasons.

Wide Receiver- Larry Fitzgerald- Cardinals

I picked Larry because I believe if he can play like he did in their miracle run to the Super Bowl, I think he is a strong candidate for MVP.  The only not-so-great thing is that teams that the Cardinals will face will double-cover him, and that will leave either Anquan Boldin or Steve Breaston wide open for Kurt Warner to throw to.

Tight End-Tony Gonzalez-Falcons

The future Hall-of-Famer himself, Tony Gonzalez will produce great stats from second year QB, and reigning Rookie of the Year, Matt Ryan. Gonzalez looks to be close to the end of his prime, but he can block, catch, and run as well as any other tight end.

Defense/Special Teams- Pittsburgh Steelers

The defending Super Bowl Champion Steelers’ defense is loaded.  Polamalu, Harrison and others make the Steelers a shut-down defense that won’t let teams score 20+ points.

Wild-Card- Tony Romo- Dallas Cowboys

Now that Terrell Owens is gone, I expect Romo to have a breakout season with Jason Witten, Roy Williams and Felix Jones as his favorite targets. He will also lead the Cowboys to their first playoff win since 1996. The Cowboys have a chance of going far in the playoffs if they don’t suffer any key injuries.

Thanks,

Patrick
