Hey fans! I just wanted to show you how I get my PLAY 60. My town has a junior football league for 3rd and 4th grade. We practiced 3 days a week and then we would travel to other cities on Saturdays to play our game. Our coach always made sure we knew how important it was to exercise and stretch so you can make yourself stronger, while also preventing injuries. At halftime, we would always have oranges and water to refuel ourselves. Well, all the work we did sure paid off because we went 8-1 and we were the 2010 CHAMPIONS!!!!! Most importantly, we had fun, exercised, and I made a lot of new friends.
