Fantasy Focus: Emerging QBs

One of the best ways to excel in Fantasy Football is by being ahead of the trends. Being the first to discover emerging talent might just make the difference between winning your RUSH Fantasy League, or finishing at the bottom of the standings.

Today, we’ll identify three emerging QBs you need to keep an eye on as the season progresses.

1. Ryan Tannehill – Miami Dolphins

In any other NFL year, Ryan Tannehill might have easily become the rookie QB everyone was talking about, instead of Andrew Luck and Robert Griffin. The Dolphins invested a lot of money and draft picks to add weapons to both sides of the ball. Expect those investments, and Tannehill's maturity, to pay big dividends for Miami this season.

2. Brandon Weeden – Cleveland Browns

Another rookie who flew under the radar last season was the Browns' Brandon Weeden. After a rocky start, Weeden settled down and played some of his best football during the final weeks of that season. The Browns hired noted QB guru Norv Turner to be their offensive coordinator. If the first few preseason games are any indication, Weeden is on his way to a very good season.

3. Carson Palmer – Arizona Cardinals

Not all the QBs on this list are youngsters. Carson Palmer, an 11-year veteran, made our list because the Cardinals have one of the best WRs in the league, Larry Fitzgerald. If Palmer is able to stay healthy behind the young offensive line, we might just be looking at the second coming of Kurt Warner.
