In a game filled with big plays and alternating momentums, the Miami Dolphins (4-4) defeated the Cincinnati Bengals (6-3) 22-20 in overtime.

The Dolphins relied on RB Lamar Miller for most of the game as he has 105 yards rushing on the night.  They took a 17-3 lead in the third quarter thanks to a 94-yard INT return for a TD by DB Brent Grimes.

The Bengals were able to turn the tide and take the lead thanks to the play of rookie RB Giovani Bernard.  Bernard scored on a three-yard run and then on a remarkable 35-yarder to tie the game at 17-17.

In overtime, Dolphins DE Cameron Wake sacked Bengals QB Andy Dalton in the endzone for a dramatic safety to end the game.  This is only the third time in NFL history that a game has ended with a safety.
