In Week Nine, there were three over time games that were very exciting. The Dolphins versus Bengals game, and the Chargers versus Redskins game were good, but I have to say the most surprising one was the Tampa Bay Buccaneers game against the Seattle Seahawks.
The Seattle Seahawks going into overtime against the Buccaneers is so surprising because the Seahawks are expected to be in the Super Bowl and had a 7-1 record, while the Bucs don't have a win yet this year and have struggled most of the season. Another reason it was surprising is that the Seahawks were at home. They play really good at home with that "12th Man" advantage most of the time, so that was shocking. Another reason is because the Bucs new quarterback Mike Glennon was still getting used to playing in the NFL and getting a handle on the playbook, so I don't think he was playing up to his potential in that game even.
The Seattle Seahawks ended up winning the game in overtime with a field goal. If the Seahawks don't learn from this experience and step up their game, they may be in trouble when it comes to the playoffs.
