  We all know the Super Bowl is a time to eat a lot, sit around and watch TV.  But now that the game is over, it's time to start our healthy habits!  I am getting more fit everyday!!  So today let's think about healthy eating tips for the week. Quick Tips:

 

•Limit junk foods such as candy and potato chips!
•Choose a baked potato instead of fries!
•Try being aware of what vitamins and minerals are in your food, including vitamin C, calcium and iron.
•Cut down on the juice and soda. Drink more water!
•Choose whole grains and whole grain products such as breads, pastas, brown rice, and oatmeal.
•Eat more fruits and veggies!

•Yogurt and fresh fruit
•Peanut butter and celery
•Bananas
•Cheese and crackers
•Blueberries and strawberries
•Turkey sandwich with whole-wheat bread
