The Kansas City Chiefs (8-0) held off the Cleveland Browns (3-5) for a 23-17 victory Sunday to remain the NFL's lone undefeated team.

The Chiefs built a 20-7 lead thanks to Alex Smith throwing for 255 yards and TD passes to Anthony Sherman and Dexter McCluster.

The Browns new QB Jason Campbell made his first start of the season and threw for 293 yards and two touchdowns to keep the Browns in the game.
