The Denver Broncos stadium, Sports Authority Field at Mile High, is getting a name change after geologists found on Monday that the “Mile High” city is not as high as it once was.

Over the last few years, Denver, that was exactly one mile above sea level (5,280 feet), has sunk by over 25 feet. The Broncos felt that they needed to change the stadium name so they won’t confuse people. From now on their home will be the Sports Authority Field at 5,255 Feet High.
