This off-season has been a good one. The Jaguars signed wide-receiver Tory Holt to a 3-year deal and will probably take quarterback Mark Sanchez for their first round pick at number eight. Holt and Sanchez could play very well together for the next 3 years and after that the Jaguars will do fine, because Sanchez will be a franchise player. At the number seven spot I predict the Raiders will take wide-receiver Michael Crabtree. I think the Lions will take quarterback Mathew Stafford for their number one pick. This off-season the Denver Broncos have focused on defense. They re-signed defensive tackle Kenny Peterson and signed free agent defensive tackles Darrell Reid and J'Vonne Parker. The Broncos have their own pick at number twelve and the Bears pick at number eighteen they got from the Jay Cutler deal. If the Jaguars don't sign Mark Sanchez the Broncos will most likely take him at number twelve and then take a defensive lineman at number eighteen. Michael Bennett had a great career at Texas A&M and will be a great player in the NFL. The Patriots need linebackers so they will probably take Maurice Crum for their first round pick. They were trying to close a deal with Julius Peppers or Jason Taylor but that isn't likely to happen. The Patriots could also use a good safety or running back who is a good all around player.
