In a close game the whole way, the Jaguars outlasted the Bucs, winning 24-23. The three interceptions thrown by Bucs QB Jeff Garcia were a big factor in helping the Jaguars come away with their 5th W of the season.

Can you say un-de-feat-ed? That's what the Colts still are after clobbering the Panthers, 31-7. Colts QB Peyton Manning set a new Colts passing record and continued to lead his stellar team!

Colts: QB Peyton Manning completed 14 of 30 passes for 255 yards with 2 TDs.

Joseph Addai rushed for 100 yards, had 9 yards receiving and a total of 3 TDs, 2 rushing and 1 receiving!!

Reggie Wayne totaled 168 yards receiving and 1 TD.

Panthers: QB Vinny Testaverde completed 12 of 20 passes for 82 yards, plus 1 interception.

Backup QB David Carr completed 16 of 25 attempts for 103 yards and rushed for 21 yards, after replacing injured Testaverde.

DeShaun Foster rushed for 62 yards and had 1 TD.

In the air, Jeff King racked up 82 yards receiving.


QB SWITCH

Panthers starting QB Vinny Testaverde left the game in the 2nd quarter after injuring his ankle. Backup QB David Carr took over for the rest of the game.

The amazing Peyton Manning is now the Colts all-time leader in touchdown passes, surpassing the previous record-holder Colts QB, Johnny Unitas.

The Patriots and QB Tom Brady showed no mercy as they steamrolled over the Redskins, winning 52-7. The Patriots are undefeated and playing high-level football with their offense, defense and special teams dominating every opponent!

Wes Walker had 89 yards receiving and 1 TD and Randy Moss racked up 47 yards receiving and caught 1 TD!

Laurence Maroney had 75 yards rushing.

Redskins: QB Jason Campbell completed 21 of 36 passes for a total of 197 yards and 7 yards rushing. Jason had 1 TD pass, but tossed 1 interception.

Clinton Portis rushed for 27 yards and had 54 yards receiving and Antwaan Randle El racked up 43 yards receiving.

The Patriots QB Tom Brady now has 30 TDs so far this season to lead the NFL.


A ONE MAN 'D' MACHINE

The Patriots Mike Vrabel had a remarkable game. He sacked Redskins QB Jason Campbell 3 times, each time forcing a fumble!! Mike also caught his 10th career TD (and he plays defense!) Mike also recovered an onside kick! Way to go, Mike!


THEY CAN'T STOP SCORING

The Patriots tied an NFL record by scoring at least 30 points in each of the first 8 games this season! Amazing!
Hines Ward
WR Hines Ward dives for the end zone on a day where he had 2 TDs to help the Steelers win over the Bengals.

Steelers Vs. Bengals
PITTSBURGH (5-2) VS. CINCINATTI (2-5)
The Steelers looked as strong as ever. Led by their QB Big Ben Roethlisberger, the Steelers dominated the Bengals, 24-13. The Bengals had chances, but couldn't make the big plays when they needed to.

STAND-OUT PLAYERS:

Steelers: QB Ben Roethlisberger completed 19 of 26 passes for 230 yards, plus 9 yards rushing and 2 TDs! Ben also tossed 1 interception.

Willie Parker racked up 126 yards rushing and scored 1 TD and Hines Ward ended the day with 88 yards receiving and 2 TDs.

Bengals: QB Carson Palmer completed 23 of 31 passes for 205 yards and 1 TD.

Kenny Watson rushed for 88 yards rushing and had 26 yards receiving.

T.J. Houshmadzadeh ended the day with 81 yards receiving and 1 TD.


WINNING WILLIE

This game was the 18th game that Steelers Willie Parker's totaled at least 100 yards! The Steelers 17-1 when Willie rushes for 100 yards! Way to run, Willie!
