In one of the coldest games ever, QB Colin Kaepernick led the San Francisco 49ers to a 23-20 playoff victory over the Green Bay Packers.
The game was back-and-forth the whole way, with the lead changing hands or the game being tied four times in the 4th quarter.
With the 49ers ahead 13-10, Packers FB John Kuhn rushed for a one-yard touchdown and a 17-13 lead.
The 49ers then marched down the field, with Kaepernick hitting TE Vernon Davis for 28-yard touchdown to take the lead 20-17.
Now it was QB Aaron Rodgers' turn, taking the Packers down the field on an 11-play drive that culminated with a 24-yard K Mason Crosby field goal for the 20-20 tie.
The 49ers had 5:06 left on the clock and used every second of it. Kaepernick led a 14-play drive that ended with K Phil Dawson hitting the game-winning 33-yard field goal as time expired.
The 49ers get a week to thaw out before they face the Carolina Panthers in next Sunday's divisional playoff.
