The Kansas City Chiefs face the San Diego Chargers in a huge AFC West battle but may be without their star QB.

Chiefs QB Matt Cassel had his appendix removed this week and it is unknown, as of this writing, whether or not he will play in the game. Losing Cassel would be a devastating blow to the Chiefs.

The Chargers counter with a great QB of their own, Philip Rivers. With the Chiefs two games ahead of the Chargers in the standings, Rivers knows this is a must-win-game for the Lightning Bolts.
