Packers Vs. Cowboys
GREEN BAY (10-2) vs. DALLAS (11-1)
This is the first time two 10-1 teams have played since 1990 (only the 8th time in history). Tony Romo and the Cowboys looked to be running away with the game early as they jumped out to a 17-point lead in the 2nd quarter. Things looked bleak for the Packers after Brett Favre had to leave the game after a hit in the 2nd quarter and backup QB Aaron Rodgers had to step in. However, the Packers made their run, lead by Rodgers, coming back to within 3 points in the 3rd quarter. But Tony Romo was too much and with Favre on the sidelines the Cowboys won the game, 37-27.

STAND-OUT PLAYERS:

Packers: QB Brett Favre complete 5 of 14 passes for 56 yards and 2 interceptions.

FLAG DAY

The Packers had 9 penalties, including a big pass interference penalty that set up a Cowboys field goal late in the game. All together the Packers were penalized 142 yards.

ANOTHER MILESTONE:

Romo now holds the Cowboys franchise record for TDs in a single season with 33.

KEY INJURY

Brett Favre went down with an elbow and shoulder injury early in the 2nd quarter and was replaced by Aaron Rodgers.
