My favorite team the San Diego Chargers will have a great season. They do have a pretty tough schedule and a lot of tough road games but think they will be 13-3 this season and of course win the AFC West. All the injuries from last year have healed and the team is excited. The defense will improve with Merriman back and the offense has plenty of weapons to score in a hurry. I am really excited for September 14th.
My Super Bowl prediction is the Chargers vs Chicago Bears. The Chargers will handle the AFC. In the NFC, I think the Bears have improved a lot by adding Jay Cutler. Jay has a lot of weapons that can allow the Bears score fast. The defense is solid but they will not be able to handle the Chargers, who will win by 17 points.
My surprise playoff team for the AFC is the Cincinnati Bengals. If Carson Palmer and all his receivers make it thru the season injury free I think they will be tough. They also have improved the defense. In the NFC, I would have to say New Orleans Saints wilI make the playoff since I have a gut feeling that this is going to be a great year for Drew Brees,
