On October 9th, the NFL launched a new national youth health and fitness campaign, as part of the NFL's Hometown Huddle annual day of service. NFL Play 60: The NFL Movement for an Active Generation is a new campaign that motivates kids to be physically active for at least 60 minutes a day.

As part of this event, Drew Brees and New Orleans Saints players worked out with children from Dibert Elementary School and answered their questions about staying active and healthy living. Saints players also helped students build a new playground and paint a new track, all Saint's colors in a park, which was destroyed by Hurricane Katrina.

To help tackle childhood obesity, a group of the NFL's biggest stars have joined the movement to teach you about the importance of health and fitness. Tom Brady, Steven Jackson, Antonio Gates and Tony Romo are just a few of the players who want you to stay healthy and active. To reach the top, these NFL players stay in great physical condition and you can too! 60 minutes of physical activity every day can keep your body healthy and help you play at your best! No matter what you are into, it is all about being active for 60 minutes a day!
