What advice would you give to youngsters?

Byron: I was a lifeguard and I didn't know how to swim.

Byron: Don't be afraid of success, don't get shell-shocked and come in with a swagger.

Byron: I won't allow anything to touch the palm of my right hand.

Byron: I spend it with my mother.

Byron: Macaroni and cheese

What's the toughest part of being a QB?

Byron: It's pretty much the only sport where eleven guys are out to get one guy, the QB.
