Why the Cowboys Will Make the Playoffs

The Dallas Cowboys will make the playoffs because of their powerful offense, which is led by QB Tony Romo who has been playing great (even after his rocky start to the season) and throwing to Dez Bryant and Jason Witten. They also have a striking ground attack, which is led by DeMarco Murray who is a rookie out of Oklahoma.

The Cowboys defensive front has been extremely effective, but their secondary has been a bit rocky. I believe that the Cowboys will beat their division rivals, the Giants, to win the NFC East. Romo is 4-0 against the Giants in the regular season, and is 0-1 against the Giants in the playoffs. The stats of his last three games look like this; 66.7 completion percentage for 244yd 2TD, 0 turnovers, and 113.7 QB rating. 71.4 completion percentage for 247yds 4TD, 1 turnover, and 123.1 QB rating. 66.7 completion percentage for 244yds 2TD, 0 turnovers, and 113.7 QB rating.

The Washington Redskins and the Philadelphia Eagles have been quiet. If the Cowboys can continue the play the way they have played as of late, they will beat the Giants and win the NFC East.
