RB LeGarrette Blount rampaged for 166 yards and 4 TDs, leading the New England Patriots to a dominating 43-22 Divisional Playoff victory over the Indianapolis Colts.
After three 2-yard TD runs over the first three quarters, Blount ripped-off a 73-yard romp for a TD in the 4th quarter to seal the game. RB Stevan Ridley pounded in 2 TDs as well, giving the Patriots an amazing six rushing TDs in the game. Yes, the Patriots were able to dominate the Colts without QB Tom Brady throwing a single TD pass.
For the Colts, QB Andrew Luck threw for 301 yards but also had three interceptions. WR T.Y. Hilton had 103 yards receiving and WR LaVon Brazill caught two TDs in the loss.
The Patriots will face the winner of Sunday's Chargers - Broncos game in the AFC Championship next week.
