Summer is a great time to be outside and active! School is out and it's time for some FUN!
Each week, we'll provide you with some great NFL PLAY 60 Summer Activities that you can do easily at home or in your neighborhood with your friends and family.
Check back each Monday for new and exciting ways to PLAY 60!
Monday: Can't handle today's heat? Why not have a water balloon fight? Don't forget to put on a bathing suit!
Tuesday: Go for a bike ride for an hour! Be sure to wear a helmet and bring a bottle of water! Extra challenge: ride uphill!
Wednesday: Get out your stopwatch! Go in your garage and take out a hula hoop, jump rope or any other fun equipment, and have a contest. Either try to beat your friend or beat your own record!
Thursday: Make up a dance to your favorite song and teach it to all your friends!
Friday: Shoot hoops outside. How many can make in a row? Afterward, try to do 10 sets of 10 pushups!
Weekend: This summer, do an activity you've never tried before. It may be hard at first, but you may love it! Try football, roller hockey, tennis, soccer, baseball or basketball.
