A new NFL season. New possibilities, new hopes, new dreams. It doesn't matter how your team did last year...there is always hope this year.
Among the teams most looking to move on after last year's forgettable season is the New York Giants. Coming off a playoff run the previous year, the 9-7 Giants were expected to be in the hunt for the Super Bowl.
Things just didn't work out that way, however, as the Giants opened last season with six consecutive losses and finished with a woeful 7-9 record.
Is there hope this year? You bet!
The Giants will be improved on both sides of the ball. On defense, a slimmed down Jason Pierre-Paul will be back wrecking havoc on opposing offenses. And on offense, the return of David Wilson, along with the addition of rookie speedster Odell Beckham Jr., will allow Eli Manning to work his magic.
What do you think? Will the Giants come up, well, giant this season or will they once again shrink away for the playoff picture?
