Lions The Biggest Surprise of The Season

The biggest surprise of the season for me has been the success of the undefeated Detroit Lions. The Lions have beaten Tampa Bay, Kansas City, Minnesota, and Dallas.

The Tampa Bay game was close, with the Lions only winning 27-20. The Lions then overpowered the Chiefs by as score of 48-3. The Lions then rallied to come back from a 20 point deficit and beat the Vikings in overtime, 26-23. The Lions then beat Dallas 34-30 after being down 24 points.

Matthew Stafford has thrown for an average of 304 yards per game. Also, Calvin Johnson has averaged 2 touchdown catches per game.

I think there are a number of reasons for the Lions' success. The coaching by Jim Schwartz has been great. The team has kept turnovers very low. The team has many young players who making huge contributions. The defense has been strong and solid.

I can't wait to see how they will do on Monday night against the Bears.

Do you think the Detroit Lions can win the NFC North division?
