Kid Reporter: Victor

Victor Cruz this past week signed a new contract with the New York Giants. The contract was for 6 years and 46 Million dollars with over 15 million gauranteed. This deal helps the Giants moving forward towards winning another Superbowl.

This contract makes Cruz the highest paid slot receiver in the league. His stats in the last 2 years are 168 catches for 2,628 yards and 19 touchdowns. Numbers that justify his new contract.

Another biq question in the Giants organization is Hakeem Nicks. Coming off an injury last season, and with the emergence of Rueben Randall, you have to wonder if the Giants will keep Nicks.

With Ahmad Bradshaw leaving, the passing game is really ging to have to step up. This season the Giants will be faced with challenges, but real champions overcome those challenges. Signing Cruz was one step in the right direction.
