|Fuel up right for your competition!!!||
To fuel up for a competition, you need to drink a lot of water and Gatorade. You need to drink before, during and after your game.
You also need to eat veggies, fruit, meat and protein. You need to avoid dairy, sweets, salt and fried foods. You will not have any energy if you are too full.
Salt and soda will dehydrate you. Fuel up right for your competition!!!
