Colts Season Review

When it comes to the Indianapolis Colts, it has been an up and down road.

We rode on the Manning train for so long, and now he's gone. Complete failure seems to be in our sights this season, but I'd have to disagree.

We lost our first game to the Chicago Bears, of course, but I think we will have a modest season. Andrew Luck should be able to lead a pretty decent offense, and with new coach Chuck Pagano we should be more defensive-minded. We have a favorable schedule, with games against the Jacksonville Jaguars, Tennessee Titans, Miami Dolphins and Cleveland Browns. Our key games will be against the Texans -- who will be the favorite in the AFC South -- and the Patriots, a longtime rival.

With an easy schedule and perhaps a little (Andrew) luck, we should be able to win a nice amount of games. I say we finish the season 7-9.

Typically, rookie QB's who are thrust into the job usually do a so-so job (Kerry Collins is a good example)

luck is amazing, but they need deeper defense. their offense is already preety good. they have reggie wayne, collie, and a bunch of rookies. they just need to improve their d. alot.

You're right. Luck is good, but it takes more than just a QB to win a football game.

They need someone like Larry Fitzgerald for WR, someone like Ray Rice for RB, and they need a defense like the Steelers or Ravens.

Colts will go 13-3 and make the playoffs. Not to the superbowl though. To get to da bowl, da team needs more impressive WRs, a better RB, and a little bit better defense. If they do this, thell go to the superbowl.

I agree with you, Ryan. Just cause they got Andrew Luck doesn't mean they suddenly become better.
