The Kansas City Chiefs made their Coach Andy Reid’s return to Philadelphia a triumphant one by beating the Eagles 26-16.
The story of the game was the strong play of the Chiefs defense, which forced four turnovers and sacked Michael Vick six times, and the many sloppy plays by the Eagles offense.
After seizing a 10-0 lead on a 38-yard interception return by Eric Berry, the Chiefs offense failed to generate points on their many opportunities and they settled instead for three more FGs from Ryan Succop.
The Eagles were able to stay in the game thanks to long running plays from Vick and a 41-yard TD gallop by RB LeSean McCoy.
