April 3rd is National Walking Day! Join the American Heart Association and spend at least 30 minutes walking today. Then keep up your exercise and ‘Show Us Your Moves’ throughout April.
The American Heart Association recommends that children and adolescents participate in at least 60 minutes of moderate to vigorous physical activity every day. With ‘Show Us Your Moves’ we want you to post pictures to Instagram of you and your friends playing your favorite sport, running, walking, even dancing – and show us how you’re getting your 60 minutes each day!
