Play 60 is the NFL's youth health and fitness campaign, focused on making the next generation of kids the most active and healthy by encouraging them to be active for at least 60 minutes a day. NFL Play 60, designed to help tackle childhood obesity, brings together the NFL's long-standing commitment to health and fitness with an impressive roster of partner organizations. In addition to national reach through PSAs and online programs, Play 60 is also implemented at the grassroots level through NFL's in-school, after-school and team-based programs all with a focus on the importance of physical fitness and healthy lifestyles.

"We are taking a leadership role in the movement to get youngsters fit. Our players know the importance of staying healthy and it's important that young fans also understand the value of exercise. PLAY 60 is an important tool in ensuring children get their necessary daily physical activity as recommended by health and fitness experts."
