Play 60: Coordination
Things you need: Grab a ball. Any kind of ball will do. Step 1: Hold your ball and start to get you legs moving by running in place. Step 2: Keep you legs running and toss the ball in the air. Try to clap before the ball comes back down and then catch it. Step 3: For more of a challenge,try to clap behind your back then in front of you before u catch the ball. Also, try to get your feet into it by touching one foot then the other. See how many times you can clap and touch your feet before catching the ball. Step 4: Keep running, tossinng and clapping until you feel the burn. Try to do the exercise for time or for a number of throws, like 5 mins or 15 throws. |
