Michael Strahan has decided to retire after 15 seasons in the NFL. Michael came back last season after considering retirement and had 9 sacks to help propel the New York Giants into the playoffs and to a Super Bowl XLII championship. After an amazing season and an amazing career, Michael is ready to go out on top.

Throughout his long career, Michael had 141 ½ sacks and made 7 Pro Bowl appearances. In 2001, he had an NFL single season record 22 ½ sacks and was named the Defensive Player of the Year. Thank you to Michael Strahan for a stellar career.
